I have a couple JB necklaces and knew this one would become a daily piece. About a week after it came I noticed the latch wasn’t quite broken but wasn’t quite trustworthy either... Luckily I already had an email in my inbox from customer service, asking if I was happy with my purchase. I decided to respond about the latch and within an hour JB responded, confirmed my address, and shipped me an *additional* necklace at no cost. I didn’t even have to return the original. The latch on the original necklace is still holding on true, so I’m currently rocking two Priya Snake chains! I was already a huge fan and now I’m a loyal customer. Thanks JB! <3
