Great customer service experience
I bought these for my mother for her 80th birthday. I noticed that one earring upon opening up the package was defective. I immediately sent an email . I was pleasantly surprised to receive a reply almost immediately. They were able to correct issue . You now have a very happy client and will be buying more .
