Delivery time is quoted in business days. Order before 1PM ET on the Valentine's Day Order Deadline to receive your shipment by February 13th.
Pre-Order Process
If an item in your order is on pre-order, it will ship separately once it becomes available. In-stock items will ship right away.
Is my order impacted by the new trade tariffs?
No. Your order will ship as usual and remain duty-free within Canada. JENNY BIRD pieces are not subject to any additional taxes or fees, unless otherwise stated during checkout.
Next Business Day (GTA)
We offer free Next Business Day shipping in some parts of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). If your shipment qualifies, this option will appear at checkout. Orders must be placed before 1:30 PM ET to qualify and will be delivered between 2:45 PM - 9:30 PM ET in 1 business day.
U.S. & International
Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email you provided. It will include your order number, billing and shipping address, style name(s) and number(s). Once your jewelry has been shipped, you will also receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. It may take up to 48 hours for your tracking number to be activated.
