To wear, hold the ends of the piece and pull apart slightly to open the gap, and slip over the thinnest part of your cartilage, on the outside of your ear. Once it feels secure, wiggle to adjust in place. To complete your look, place the circular piece behind your earlobe, lining it up with your piercing. Slide your preferred stud or earring with a post through the circular piece, and close with an earring backing.
